Searstone-RLA, Inc. is serving as the manager of our community.
The manager is a privately held North Carolina corporation, the sole shareholder of which is Mr. David Ammons. Mr. Ammons and his affiliated companies, including Retirement Living Associates, Inc. (“RLA”), manage and operate existing assisted living communities and CCRCs. RLA and its affiliates provide professional management, marketing, development, consulting and advisory services to senior living communities throughout North Carolina and Florida.
