A Belief that Life in Retirement Can Offer More
More vitality, more security, more value.
SearStone opened in 2013 to give people a more dynamic, more engaging and more secure approach to retirement living. In a beautifully designed setting in Cary, North Carolina, SearStone offers its own village center, with shared spaces and recreation that brings together residents, their families and people from neighboring communities. With a walkable blend of residential living and neighborhood convenience, SearStone provides the security of a full range of on-site health care services and Life Care, the plan that helps you control both your health care decisions and the cost of long-term care.
As a not-for-profit community, we reinvest all earnings into services and amenities for our residents. Here, you will see a community that brings the concept of continuous revitalization to life. In addition, we have partnered with Lutheran Family Services Carolinas to form the SearStone/Lutheran Services Carolinas Community Benefit Committee, which shares contributions from the community benefit fund with local seniors in need. The Committee presently includes SearStone resident Dave Wolf, SearStone Board President Stan Brading, LSC President Ted W. Goins, Jr., Grace Lutheran Church Pastor The Rev. Michael Fry, and North Carolina State Bar Executive Director and Secretary Tom Lunsford.
