It is anticipated that the first Members will move into SearStone in 2013.

Q:How much do SearStone homes cost?
SearStone has so many residential floor plan options that there is no one price – and, therefore, potentially a perfect home for everyone! The best way to explore your options is to visit the SearStone Sales Center, see the scale model, and floor plans, and learn about the pricing of the home styles that interest you most.

Q:Do my spouse or partner and I both have to be 62 to live here?
No. At least one of you must be 62.

Q:What is "Life Care"?
Life Care includes a long-term care insurance component and can be used in conjunction with long-term care insurance for increased financial efficiency. This means that if you ever find yourself seeking assisted living or nursing services, your Life Care Agreement at SearStone protects you financially. Q:Why will SearStone be a not-for-profit community? What is a not-for-profit community?
A not-for-profit community is one where any revenues that exceed expenses are to be used for the sole benefit of the people who live within the community and are not used for other purposes. Not-for-profit communities also have additional fiscal oversight as well as a volunteer Board of Directors. SearStone will be a not-for-profit community by choice and by design.
