Morgan Lamphere brings several years of senior living counseling experience to SearStone. She enjoys speaking publicly about senior living options, Brain Training and other senior issues. Morgan hails from Ohio and is a graduate of Ohio University’s Scripps School of Journalism. She and her husband, Mark, live in Durham where they are enjoying their new baby boy, Luke.

Debbie's career has always focused on doing what it takes to create fulfilling experiences for her clients. Prior to joining the SearStone sales team, she served for 11 years as marketing director within the shopping-center industry. Originally from New Jersey, Debbie and Dave live in North Raleigh and enjoy gardening and hiking in the outdoor-friendly North Carolina climate.

Karen has always worked with quality customer service as a top priority. She spent 21 years with IBM supporting customers in many capacities. She studied at Marshall University in Huntington, WV and continued her education with service, planning, and marketing skills with the IBM education service.

Karen lives in North Raleigh with her husband, Tony. She enjoys working on her new home, spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren, and entertaining friends.

Thom Nelson graduated with a BS in Chemistry from The University of Tennessee. He later received a degree in Computer Science and for the next 20+ years taught students in Computer Science at NCSU and at the same time worked part-time as a pastor at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Cary.

Leigh Roach, a Cary native, brings to SearStone nine years of experience in the Continuing Care Retirement Industry. As a marketing associate at both The Forest at Duke and Glenaire, Leigh is a great believer in establishing caring and long-lasting relationships with her clients while assisting them in planning their retirement and future health care needs. Leigh and her husband Andrew have four children: Samantha, Tristan, Jackson and Clay. She is an active member of Good Hope Baptist Church, and enjoys spending time with family, riding bikes, traveling, and eating sushi whenever she gets a chance! Leigh is looking forward to getting to know our SearStone members, and of course, adding to that list!
