Susan W. Linthicum

Director of Sales
As Director of Sales, Susan is responsible for the management and direction of SearStone sales, ensuring that she and her enthusiastic team exceed the expectations of everyone involved in shaping this exciting, new community. She brings to her leadership role more than 15 years of marketing, sales, public relations, and business development expertise.

Prior to joining SearStone, Susan served Marriott International, Inc. for many years, including as an Association Sales Manager and Director of Sales.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A North Carolina native, Susan makes her home in Raleigh.

Debbie DeRosa

Sales Assistant

Debbie’s career has always focused on doing what it takes to create fulfilling experiences for her clients. Prior to joining the SearStone sales team, she served for 11 years as a marketing director within the shopping center industry.

Debbie studied Business Management at St. Leo University in Virginia and earned the professional designation of Certified Marketing Director from the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Originally from New Jersey, Debbie resides in North Raleigh. When she’s not working to help shape the SearStone community, she enjoys gardening, hiking and spending time with family.

Laura Lowe

Sales Associate

Laura brings more than 14 years of industry experience specializing in sales and marketing. She has served as Community Relations Director, Regional Marketing Director, and Marketing Director. Laura’s first experience in communities like SearStone was as a volunteer at the age of 15 where she found a passion for working with people and the industry.

Laura and her family have relocated to Holly Springs from Clearwater, Florida where she served as Regional Sales Director for a community with locations throughout Florida.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Laura and her family ~ including her 3 year old son ~ are looking forward to exploring all that North Carolina has to offer.

Karen S. Lawrence

Sales Support

Karen has always worked with quality customer service as a top priority. She spent 21 years with IBM supporting customers in many capacities. She studied at Marshall University in Huntington, WV and continued her education with service, planning, and marketing skills with the IBM education service.

Karen lives in North Raleigh with her husband, Tony. She enjoys working on her new home, spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren, and entertaining friends.
