Dr. Roger Landry to Discuss How Living Arrangement Choices Affect How We Age

SearStone, a distinctly different senior community, is pleased to present a talk from “successful aging” expert Roger Landry, M.D., Ph.D., at the Matthews House in Cary on Monday, Sept. 24 at 1 p.m. Dr. Landry’s address will highlight groundbreaking research on aging conducted by the MacArthur Foundation, and will include his ten strategies for making essential lifestyle changes to help seniors live to their fullest potential.

Dr. Landry is a preventive medicine physician specializing in healthy aging. Trained at Tufts University School of Medicine and Harvard School of Public Health, he has earned both Medical and Master’s degrees in Public Health and is board-certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine.

A decorated former Air Force medical practitioner, Dr. Landry currently serves as president of Masterpiece Alliance Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit organization dedicated to energizing older adults toward engaged living and successful aging. A popular lecturer, media consultant and author, Dr. Landry is passionate about spreading the good news of the research-based principles of successful aging.
